Please note the following:

• Initial consultation is Free.

• Service prices quoted are in addition to vendor or supplier costs.

• Fees are subject to change. Services will not be rendered without completed Suitcase Sojourn & Travel Service Acknowledgement Form.

• Payment is due prior to services being rendered.

• Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your travel arrangements. Customers will be required to resolve all travel claims directly with their travel insurance provider.

• No refunds will be issued for agency services, regardless of whether you (the customer or representative) decide not to book, or you (the customer or representative) or supplier/vendor decide to cancel or change travel arrangements.
• Refund policies will be applied as per vendor or supplier terms and disclosures for costs excluding travel agency fees.

• To provide the best service, our spots are limited therefore we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
